➕ VAT Returns: £30 per return (typically £120/year for quarterly VAT)
➕ Annual Accounts & Corporation Tax Return: from £100/month or £1,200/year
➕ Payroll:
→ First 5 employees: £30/month
→ Each additional employee: +£6/month
We work with leading platforms (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, AutoEntry). Depending on your requirements, we’ll either pass on the subscription cost or help you set up your own licence.
➕ Software costs: POA (but typically £10–50/month).
Personalised Support: We’re not a faceless call centre. You have a dedicated contact who understands your business.
Tech-Savvy Solutions: We’ve got experience with the latest software. We’ll recommend the best app stack for your needs—or happily work with your existing setup.
Flexible Approach: Don’t need everything? Need something extra? Our services are fully adaptable.
Q: What if I’m mid-year and need to catch up on old accounts?
A: We can handle “catch-up” or clean-up work for an hourly or one-off fee. We’ll always agree on pricing with you beforehand.
Q: Do you include software in the monthly fee?
A: We generally keep software separate so you can see actual costs. If you’d rather have everything in one invoice, we’re happy to bundle it—just ask!
Q: Can I just do annual accounts without monthly bookkeeping?
A: Absolutely! You can pick and choose the services you need. We do offer a discount if you combine monthly bookkeeping and year-end accounts, but it’s entirely up to you.
